Shadow Work

Shadow Work is simply addressing the parts of you that are not allowing your soul to heal and evolve. Most of the time we are not aware of our shadow self and most of the time our shadow self starts with our wounded innerchild. We all have a shadow to address.

Our identification with our shadow resonates in us as unresolved trauma and low vibrational emotions that slowly start taking over how we act, think, speak and interact with the world and people around us.

Our Shadow shows up in us as anger, envy, resentment, lack of self worth, lack of self love and love for others, confusion, need to control, all forms of fear, fear of abandonment, fear to speak your truths, fear of others opinions, shame, guilt, need for validation

Our Shadow are the parts of ourselves that we are not proud of. The parts of us that we dont want to surrender to or even recognize as a need for change and healing

Our Shadow keeps us going in loops because we start to experience life from these low vibrational emotions. You reach a point in your life in where you want better, you want change and you want to stop feeling these emotions. You realize that you are creating your reality from these emotions and you want to take your life back and vibrate higher and create the reality you truly want!
